回归分析结果表明,肉鸡结扎十二指肠中FeSO4·7H2O、Fe-Met-W、Fe-Prot M和Fe-Prot-ES的铁吸收动力学的最佳模型为饱和载体依赖性运输过程方程(表5)。用图解法对不同铁源的铁吸收进行动力学分析(图1)。Fe-Prot M的Fe(Jmax)最大流速值大于其他3种铁源(P<0.05),Fe-Prot-ES的Jmax值大于Fe-Met-W和FeSO4·7H2O;然而,Fe Met W和FeSO4·7H2O之间的Jmax值没有显著差异(P>0.05)。此外,这4种铁源的米氏常数(Km)之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。
